Sophia Straathof

Sophia Straathof is a seasoned Strategy & Innovation Consultant at ING since April 2024, previously holding roles such as Operations & Change Trainee and Process Expert in Global Process Management. Earlier experience includes a Digital Activism Internship at Patagonia and serving as President for CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. Sophia has also worked as a Campaign Manager at Yorizon, Growth Hacking Intern at AkzoNobel, and contributed to city development initiatives at Gemeente Rotterdam. Throughout involvement with AIESEC, Sophia managed the Refugee Project and served as Incoming Global Talent Account Manager. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Management from CEMS and a double degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, alongside a Master's degree in International Public Management & Leadership from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Early education was completed at the International School of Hilversum and the American School of Madrid.
