Sorin Spoiala is a Senior Service Designer on the Innovation Team at ING, where Sorin helps teams understand their customers and create meaningful digital experiences through design thinking and lean startup methodologies. From 2014 to 2017, Sorin facilitated design workshops and managed C-level stakeholders while contributing to fintech partnerships in various roles at ING. Sorin's extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors includes previous positions at Orange Business Services and the Royal Bank of Scotland Business. In addition to a diverse background in service design, Sorin is also an accomplished photographer, having participated in various exhibitions and competitions. Sorin is currently pursuing a degree in System Interventions at The UnSchool of Disruptive Design.
