Stefan Shiligarski

Stefan Shiligarski is currently the Head of Lending at ING WB Bulgaria, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served in various roles including Head of Specialized and Structured Financing at DSK Bank and Relationship Manager in Project and Structured Finance at Societe Generale Expressbank. With a strong background in finance, Stefan has been involved in assessing, structuring, and negotiating project financing across multiple sectors. They hold a Master's degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy and an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria.
