Suzanne Zijlstra

Suzanne Zijlstra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data protection and risk management, currently serving as the Global Delegated Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Officer at ING since 2007. With a background that includes leading roles in business control and transaction services for ING’s Wholesale Banking division, as well as marketing and communications management for ING Payments, Suzanne has developed a strong expertise in non-financial risk. Suzanne's academic credentials include a Dutch Law degree from Utrecht University and several specialized postgraduate qualifications in privacy, corporate compliance, and corporate law from institutions such as Tilburg University, VU Amsterdam, and Stichting Grotius Academie.
