Sylvia Dusault

Sylvia Dusault is an experienced professional in IT transformation and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Head IT Transformation and Sr Programme Manager at ING since December 2014, focusing on global change management programmes. Previously, Sylvia was the ING Corporate Head of Organizational Effectiveness at ING Nederland from January 2011 to December 2014, managing complex international restructurings and mergers. Sylvia's career includes roles such as Head of Organizational Effectiveness at ING, Program Manager at KLM, and Sales Director at KPN - Proclare B.V. and Getronics, among others. Sylvia holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and an MBA from the University of Groningen, along with degrees in Geography from Utrecht University and Nijenrode.
