Tamás Rácz

Tamás Rácz is the Head of Operational Risk and 2nd line control manager at ING, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Head of Operational Risk Management at Sberbank Hungary from 2014 to 2021, leading a team responsible for operational risk frameworks. Earlier in their career, Tamás was the Deputy Head of the operational risk working group at OTP Bank, where they implemented a Basel-compliant risk framework. They also gained experience as a Counterparty Risk Manager at OTP Bank and as an SAP IT business analyst at Accenture. Tamás holds a Master’s Degree in foreign economics with a second specialization in e-business from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and they are a certified ski instructor.
