Thomas Leidenbach is currently the Global Head of Infrastructure at ING, after serving as the Global Infrastructure Director at Tesco from 2019 to 2025, where they oversaw global infrastructure operations across eight markets. Prior to these roles, Thomas held significant positions at Bombardier Transportation GmbH from 2012 to 2019, including Head of Information Services and as a divisional Chief Technology Officer. Their extensive experience also includes leadership roles at Vodafone and Mannesmann AG, where they honed their expertise in IT shared services and infrastructure. Thomas is pursuing ongoing education at IMD Business School.
