Thuy P. is currently the Legal Counsel for Financial Markets at ING, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Global Financial Crime Compliance Officer at DLL, where they ensured compliance with EU and Dutch AML/CTF regulations and supported stakeholders across more than 25 jurisdictions. Thuy also worked as a Legal Officer for Investment Funds at Pan-Invest B.V., focusing on corporate governance and regulatory compliance for EU-based investment funds. They gained early experience as a trainee solicitor at Baker McKenzie, where they supported various financial entities in advisory and transactional matters. Thuy holds an LLM in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Foreign Trade University, graduating as valedictorian and salutatorian, respectively.
