Tristan Brouwer

Tristan Brouwer, RA, FRM, is a Global Hedge Accounting Specialist at ING, where they design, develop, and implement hedge accounting policies and applications for global use. They serve as a member of Group Treasury’s Shadow Management Team, providing strategic support. Additionally, Tristan is a Lecturer in Financial Reporting at the University of Groningen, teaching IFRS and Dutch GAAP while guiding student research. Tristan previously held a Vice President position in Valuation & Product Control at MUFG and has extensive experience in complex derivatives from their time at PwC. They earned their degree with distinction from the University of York.
