Tuan-Anh Pham

Tuan-Anh Pham is a Lead Risk Manager for AI at ING, specializing in Corporate Information Risk Management. They have extensive experience in information technology risk and security, serving in various roles at ING since 2003, including Senior Non-Financial Risk Officer and Operational Risk Manager. Tuan-Anh leads the NFR CoE for AI, focusing on developing bank-wide frameworks and governance for AI initiatives and supporting compliance with the EU AI Act. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and have completed various leadership and information security programs.
