Tugba Cosgun

Tugba Cosgun is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting and service management. Currently serving as a Service Manager for Finance & Risk at ING since April 2021, Tugba leads the end-to-end implementation of process and content improvements, with responsibilities encompassing process management, data analysis, and stakeholder management. Prior to this role, Tugba was a Regulatory Reporting Specialist at ING from 2018 to 2021 and also worked as a Young Professional Regulatory Reporting through Solid Professionals during the same period. Earlier in the career, Tugba gained leadership experience as a Team Leader at Albert Heijn and completed an internship as an Assistant Private Banker at ABN AMRO MeesPierson. Tugba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned in 2018.
