Ugur Cepni

Ugur Cepni is a Business Manager serving as the Global Head of ING Hubs and COO of Retail Banking at ING since 2023. They previously held several strategic roles at ING, including Senior Consultant and Managing Consultant Black Belt, where they led numerous process improvement initiatives and business reengineering projects, achieving significant operational efficiencies. Ugur's early career included positions at Ford Motor Company and QNB Türkiye, where they focused on process engineering and business development. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Bilkent University and a Master of Science in Management Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
