Usman Iftikhar is currently the Global Head of Risk Services and COO at ING, having previously served as Area Director - Global Head of Strategy, Design & Execution at ING Hubs Poland from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining ING, Usman held various positions at Citi from 2005 to 2013, including Vice President - Head of Operations & Client Services and Senior Vice President at the Global Consumer Bank. Usman holds a degree in Business Analytics from Cambridge Judge Business School and an MBA and BBA (Hons) from Bahria University.
