Valentin Tataru is the Chief Economist in Macroeconomic Research at ING, focusing on Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Croatia. Previously, Valentin worked as an Economist at ING from 2018 to 2021 and served as a Senior Treasury Dealer at the same company from 2008 to 2018. Valentin holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, earned between 2006 and 2008.
