Venetia Brown

Venetia Brown has extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry, particularly in credit card management and lending strategies. At ING, Venetia was responsible for enhancing the unsecured credit card product, leading to increased transactions and balance growth, while also overseeing key performance indicators. As Product Owner and Head of Lending, Venetia led the development of lending initiatives in new markets. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Lead for the migration of Barclaycard to WiZink, and holding various managerial positions at Techcombank, HSBC, and Barclaycard focused on credit card launches, fraud detection, and payment acceptance strategies. Venetia holds a Master's degree in French and Russian from The University of Edinburgh.
