Victoria Visser

Victoria Visser, MBA, CPCC, CDLP, has an extensive career at ING starting as a Management Trainee in the Global Management Development Program from March 2000 to August 2001. Since then, Victoria has advanced through various roles, including Vice-President, Parent Account Manager for Financial Institutions, and Global Talent Manager for Finance, ultimately serving as the Manager of Finance Academy and a Senior Learning Expert at ING Bank Academy. Victoria holds a Master of Business Administration/Business Informatics from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from The State University of Moldova.
