Vincent Seekles

Vincent Seekles is an energetic organisational change professional and a trainee experiential therapist currently in their third year of a four-year program at Boswijk Instituut. With extensive experience at ING Nederland, Vincent has served as a Senior Change Expert, focusing on process automation and team coaching while promoting Agile methodologies. Prior to this, they held various roles, including Senior ORM Advisor and Risk Manager, developing skills in risk management and organisational psychology. Vincent also contributed to the advisory board of RAVE-cruitment and gained valuable experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Advisory, where they provided audit and advisory support. They have a passion for helping others grow and enjoy creative problem-solving.
