Wesley Elzer

Wesley Elzer is currently the Circle Lead Investments at ING, a position they have held since 2015. They previously managed financial advisors and held the role of sales manager at ING Nederland from 2014 to 2015. Wesley has earned a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from UNC Delta and holds a Bachelor's degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, where they are currently studying. Additionally, they obtained a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a WFT Basis certification from UNC Delta and Welten, respectively.
