Yon Wilms

Yon Wilms is the Global Head of External Data Management at ING since 2023, where they oversee vendor relationships and data provisioning to meet user demands. Prior to this, in 2022, they served as the Business Manager to the Group Chief Data Officer, playing a pivotal role in the restructuring of the global data function. Yon has also held various analyst and consulting positions, including a role at Capgemini Invent focused on data for finance and compliance. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Accountancy and Finance, as well as ongoing studies at Universidad del Pacífico.
