Yucel Olcer

Yucel Olcer has extensive experience in the financial sector, having held significant roles at prestigious institutions. They served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from 2007 to 2013, followed by various leadership positions at ING Bank Turkey, including Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2022 and Director of SME & Payment Systems from 2014 to 2017. Yucel also worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from 2001 to 2007 and was the VP of the Turkish American Cultural Alliance during the same period. They earned an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Management, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
