Yuri de Smet

Yuri de Smet is a Customer Journey Expert and Product Owner at ING, where they have been since 2015. Previously, they served as the Rayon Director for nine offices in Gooi and Eemland, and held several positions within ING, including Senior Formula Manager and Adjunct Rayon Director. Yuri began their career at ING Bank as a Management Trainee, progressing through various roles such as Account Manager and Retail Advisor. They hold a Doctorandus degree in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2000.
