Mike Halbig has been working in the engineering field for over 40 years. Mike started their career in December 1979 at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a project engineer. Mike was responsible for plant process construction projects, budget and financial coordination, construction supervision, systems startup, training, and ongoing plant support. Mike left Bristol-Myers Squibb in March 1983 to start their own company, InGen Technologies. InGen Technologies is a partner company that specializes in engineering and construction. Mike Halbig is the founder and CEO of InGen Technologies.

Mike Halbig has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
