The engineering office EUKON has been developing solutions for the rational and sensible utilisation of energy and resources since 1992. Since the company was founded, we have advised numerous local authorities, industrial and commercial companies and private households on energy and cost-conscious building technology and have successfully realised the corresponding systems.
We advise, plan and develop holistically - from the idea to implementation.
The focus is on the benefits and the value of the resources used. To this end, we have developed our own planning philosophy. In our "exergetically optimised system planning", we focus on the overall benefit. This is not necessarily the same as efficiency
Our services cover a wide range of issues relating to the sensible use of energy and resources. This begins with consulting and the creation of energy concepts, through planning to realisation with tendering, awarding of contracts and construction supervision with quality assurance during construction.
Our services include:
Consultancy:
energy concepts, plant concepts, renewable energy, subsidies, sustainability, economic efficiency. Energy audits
Planning:
Technical building services planning, building energy (GEG, efficiency buildings, energy certificates), passive house, solar house, process heat systems and heat recovery, system concepts and simulation
Quality assurance during construction:
subsidised construction supervision KFW & BAFA, airtightness measurement (blower door), thermography
Thermal building physics and expert reports:
Thermal bridge calculation, hygrothermal simulation (WUFI), building moisture and indoor climate measurements, expert for building energy, thermal building physics, renewable energy and energy efficiency
Other:
Research & development, training and further education, specialist articles
