Michael Spies

Michael Spies is the Founder of Fuse Strategies LLC, established in January 2020, focusing on strategic advisory and private investment in real estate and related technologies. In addition to this role, Spies serves as a Venture Partner at Navitas Capital, an Advisory Board Member at Declaration Partners, and a Board Member for INGENIOUS.BUILD and Equiem since 2021. Other current engagements include Board Member and Advisor positions at Mokki and REKalibrate, along with advisory roles at BIOME and Stake. Spies previously held the position of Senior Managing Director at Tishman Speyer from 1990 to 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing Europe and India, leading innovations, and chairing the Investment Committee. Spies holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
