Anna Hetzer

Anna Hetzer has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Anna currently works as the Lead Recruiter at INGENIOUS.BUILD, where they focus on building a sustainable and collaborative community. Prior to this, they worked at Motive as a Recruiter Manager, specializing in Go-To-Market roles and overseeing the recruitment process. Anna also served as a Senior Recruiter at Motive, contributing to the company's IoT data platform. Anna has previous experience at ServiceSource, where they worked as a Recruiter and helped grow customer relationships for leading brands. Anna started their career at Modis as a Resource Development Manager, providing IT staffing services to Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.

Anna Hetzer has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Alabama. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in Leadership Academy from Motive, which was obtained in October 2022.
