Benjamin Hans

Benjamin Hans has worked in the software engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they began their career as an Associate Support Engineer at Model N. In 2011, they joined One Acre Fund as Director of Product Management and Director of Software Development, where they were responsible for founding the Product Management Department and spearheading a 4-year project that standardized the UX/backend to fully support operations in 8 countries. Benjamin also founded the Business Intelligence department. In 2019, they moved to CampMinder as Senior Product Manager, where they increased customer satisfaction of a B2B2C mobile app from 3.5 to 4.4 by enhancing the implementation of an external facial recognition API and by reducing the number of defects for customers. In 2021, they joined INGENIOUS.BUILD as VP of Software Engineering and also began working at Comfy as Senior Product Manager.

Benjamin Hans completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010, as well as a minor in Global Poverty and Practice.
