JD Williams has worked in various roles in the medical device and business services industries from 1999 to present. In 1999, they began their career as a District Manager at ADP in the Detroit Metro area, where they sold payroll outsourcing, human resources, and time and attendance products. During this time, they were a Presidents Club Award winner in 2000. In 2002, they moved to LifeCell, An Acelity Company, where they held the roles of Territory Manager and Associate Territory Manager. JD's responsibilities included selling AlloDerm to surgeons for soft tissue defects and full thickness burns. In 2007, they became a Territory Manager at ArthroCare Corporation. In 2008, they moved to AccessClosure as a District Sales Manager. From 2009 to 2016, they were a Midwest Territory Manager at Medela LLC, where they sold the capital device of the first FDA approved digital thoracic drainage system used in the OR and ICU called Thopaz, and all respective disposable accessories. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Business Development at INGENIOUS.BUILD.

JD Williams earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Toledo between 1994 and 1999.
