Michael Spies is a strategic advisor, mentor, and investor with extensive experience in global real estate investment and development. They have spent 30 years in a senior leadership role at Tishman Speyer, where they led operations in Europe and India and chaired the global Investment Committee. Currently, Spies advises and serves on the boards of several early-stage ventures focused on real estate and construction technology, while also founding Fuse Strategies LLC for strategic advisory and private investment.
