Thomas Übermeier is an accomplished engineering advisor and leader with extensive experience in software engineering and operations management. Currently serving as an Engineering Advisor at Ingenire, Thomas supports startups in developing engineering teams and leveraging web3 and blockchain technologies. Previous roles include Head of Engineering for Midnight at Input Output (IOHK) and VP at Parity Technologies, where expertise in Rust-based blockchain frameworks such as Substrate was utilized.
