During the building process we monitor with great care the execution by our building partners and adjust where necessary. The acceptance is not the ending point, but the first step towards the usage of a building. Our engineers commissioning surveil the quality and optimise the comfort and energy supply. In due time, the function of a building can change and structural adaptations might be necessary. In that case our engineers commissioning come into focus once more.
