Laura Gitelson she/her

Laura Gitelson has extensive experience in law and education, having worked in various capacities across multiple institutions. Laura began as a Student Attorney at the Legal Aid Society and progressed to roles including Staff Attorney and Trial Attorney, representing indigent defendants in serious felony cases. As the Associate Director of Admissions at Boston University School of Law, Laura managed admissions operations and policies for diverse applicant pools. Additional roles include serving as a Senior Admissions Counselor at InGenius Prep, an Undergraduate Admissions Reader at MIT, and an adjunct instructor at multiple educational institutions. Laura has also contributed to community initiatives as Communications Team Lead for Grassroots for Gun Violence Prevention and as a member of the Arlington Public Schools Committee, focusing on budget and policy decisions. Laura holds a law degree from New York University School of Law.
