Paul Roglic

Global Support Services Director at Ingenta

Paul Roglic is the Global Support Services Director at Ingenta. Paul has been with the company since March 2016 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to Ingenta, Paul worked in IT/Operations for several companies.

As the Global Support Services Director, Paul is responsible for all aspects of IT including infrastructure, strategy, vendor management, budget, deployment, BAU, security and support. Paul directs several teams delivering IT for internal consumption and multi-platform solutions for a worldwide customer base consisting of millions of end users. The team is split across UK and US with additional offshore resource, required to support our customers 24/7.

Under Paul’s leadership, the team has made several key achievements including securing the sale of a managed service offering for significant infrastructure hosting and support, valued at £5M - £8M over 3 – 5 years. The project was delivered to time and budget with the customer commenting that it was one of the smoothest go-live and hyper-care phases they had experienced. In addition, Paul led the global, cloud-first technology transformation program across both AWS and Azure to deliver stable, resilient, and scalable solutions. As a result of this transformation program, ITIL based support team and set of processes were built to amalgamate multiple support teams for a multi-product, global customer base. This resulted in the backlogs being reduced from over 300 to double figures.
