Tom Raymond

Tom Raymond is the Head of Software Engineering at Ingentive, where they manage a team of developers to deliver innovative custom software solutions. Their career began in academia, supporting research and computer science courses at Kingston University, where they also published a research paper. Transitioning to enterprise development, Tom led diverse projects, including a mobile banking app and a nationwide asset tracking system, eventually specializing in solutions architecting for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, Tom served as Vice President of the Kingston University Video Gaming Society and held roles such as Academy Lead Software Developer at CoreBlue and Undergraduate Administrator at Kingston University. Tom holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Kingston University.
