Robert Lowe Spriggs is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a diverse background in educational organizations. Currently serving as the Development and Communications Manager at Ingenuity Prep since November 2025, Robert has previously held significant roles including Director of Communications & Marketing at the DC Public Charter School Board, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Trinity Washington University. Additional experience includes various positions at KIPP DC, where Robert advanced from Communications and Marketing Associate to Manager of Student Recruitment Marketing. Robert has also contributed as the Brand and Marketing Lead for Jacque Patterson's campaign for the DC State Board of Education and worked as a Marketing and Communications Consultant at Spark the Journey. Earlier in the career, Robert coordinated the Gates Millennium Scholars Program for UNCF. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and a High School Diploma from Bullis School.
