Douglas Luka possesses extensive experience in the visual effects industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Starting as a CG Generalist and On-Set Supervisor at The Mill from January 2003 to November 2008, Douglas advanced to the role of VFX Supervisor at Method Studios, where tenure lasted from December 2008 to February 2022. Following this, Douglas served as Visual Effects Supervisor at FOLKS from April 2022 to July 2024 before transitioning to Ingenuity Studios, where the current role as Visual Effects Supervisor began in August 2024. Douglas holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Digital Imaging and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies, both from New York University.
