David Holden has over 20 years of experience in affordable housing development, serving as a Development Principal at The Ingerman Group since 1998. Prior to this, David worked as a Principal at Development Consultant and Intrust USA, specializing in tax credit syndication. Holden began their career as a Development Associate at The John Stewart Company after earning their BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Regional Planning in Real Estate and Affordable Housing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
