Arjun Bhogal

Arjun Bhogal is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Performance and Delivery Manager at Ingeus since February 2025, Arjun also holds the position of Head of Sales and Business Development at the Institute of Broking, which focuses on advancing careers within financial services. Previously, Arjun worked as a Principal Consultant in Investment Banking & Asset Management at Randstad from October 2022 to December 2024, where a client-centered, technology-driven recruitment approach was emphasized. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Derivative Broker at Central Markets from September 2009 to February 2015, as well as starting as a Junior Broker. Arjun holds a degree in Business Law LLB from Wembley Technology College.
