Brian Sullivan

Brian Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Ingeus since March 2018, Brian oversees compliance, audit, data protection, risk management, safeguarding, and external accreditations, including ISO9001 and ISO27001. Prior roles include Quality Management Consultant at BSQ Consult and various leadership positions at Walsall College, where Brian directed quality functions and spearheaded review processes. Brian began the career as a Chemist at Gee and Co. Effluent Control and Recovery, later moving into quality management with Hays, developing ISO9000 systems. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Manchester and a Master's in Quality Management from Birmingham City University.
