Chris Steels

Chris Steels has extensive experience in employer services and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Employer Services on secondment at Ingeus since February 2021, following roles as Employer Services Manager, Senior Integration Coordinator, and Employment Coach within the organization. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Personal and Leadership Coach at CST Pro Coaching from June 2020 to March 2023, contributing to the personal and professional development of individuals and organizations. Earlier, Chris worked as the Attendance and Progress Intervention Manager at Weydon Multi Academy Trust from March 2016 to January 2021. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Studies from the University of Bedfordshire.
