Collette Westerman CMgr

Collette Westerman CMgr is currently the Continuous Improvement Academy Development Manager at Ingeus, a position held in 2021. They previously worked as the Service Delivery and Design Coordinator at Ingeus and held various leadership roles, including Head of Academy at GovData Ltd from 2018 to 2020 and Senior Team Leader at LTE Group from 2016 to 2018. With a solid foundation in education, Collette served as a Main Grade Lecturer at Hugh Baird College and as a Vocational Manager at The Manchester College.
