Dawn Sumner

Dawn Sumner currently serves as the Head of Reward & HR Shared Services at Ingeus since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dawn held key positions at the Gambling Commission, including Head of People Operations and HR Business Partner from August 2017 to April 2024. Dawn's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager and HR Advisor at Longhurst Group from September 2007 to August 2017, as well as an HR Advisor role at Mercian Housing Association from February 1999 to September 2007. Dawn holds a CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma in HR Management from Solihull College (2005-2008) and a CIPD TDLB from GB Training UK (2005-2006), alongside completing education at Smiths Wood Comprehensive from 1984 to 1990.
