H.E, AMB. ENGR. DR. Elsie Ijorogu-Reed, (DrPCM), PSM, TMP, HWP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database administration and business intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Azure Database Administrator at Ingeus since December 2022. As the Chief Executive Officer of Halima Yard Holistic Wellness Centre since October 2019, Elsie leads a wellness center focused on integrative therapy and health solutions. Elsie is also the Founder of Deltawomen Foundation, driving community impact through strategic governance. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Manager at Capita, Chief Executive Officer at THE TECH LADDER, and Senior Database Administrator/Business Intelligence Consultant at several organizations, including BW Legal and Mercedes-Benz USA. Elsie holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and an MSc from London South Bank University.
