Jordan Jones

Jordan Jones is a founder at Pneuma, focusing on creating person-centred workplaces that maximize individual potential through a blend of therapeutic insight and leadership development. In addition to leading Pneuma, Jordan serves as a guest lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Warwick and has worked as the Young Adult Engagement & Culture Lead at Ingeus since 2014, where a dynamic approach combining coaching and therapeutic principles has been instrumental in fostering growth. Previous experience includes the role of Employment Coach at APM from 2012 to 2014. Jordan Jones holds a BA (Hons) in Person-centred Counselling and the Psychotherapeutic Relationship from the University of Warwick, complemented by earlier education at Birmingham Metropolitan College and North Birmingham Academy.
