Lynne Dempsey

Lynne Dempsey is an experienced employment advisor with a career spanning over 18 years in the field of workforce development. Currently serving as a Candidate Pool Coordinator and Employment Advisor at Ingeus since June 2011, Lynne manages a diverse caseload of up to 100 clients facing complex barriers, conducting diagnostic assessments, and implementing employment plans. Responsibilities include designing and delivering skill workshops, liaising with external partners, and preparing clients for interviews through CV writing and mock interviews. Prior to this role, Lynne was a Senior Employment Advisor at The Wise Group from April 2005 to May 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of seven employment advisors and utilizing strong interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate staff.
