Matthew Preston

Matthew Preston is currently the Director of Business Development for the Justice sector at Ingeus, where they lead business development efforts in the UK's justice business. Previously, they held multiple roles at Serco, including Solution Director for the Prison Estate Transformation Programme and Head of Bid Production, where they managed high-profile procurement competitions. Matthew also served as an Associate Consultant at Vicky Read Consulting Ltd. They earned a postgraduate diploma in e-learning from The University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in East Asian Studies from The University of Sheffield.
