Sean Arnold

Sean Arnold is a dynamic HR Generalist and team leader with a specialization in people and culture, having worked across three countries. Currently serving as a Business Lead at Ingeus, they lead a team delivering service excellence on the Restart employability contract. Previously, Sean held roles including Employee Relations Coordinator at Ted Baker, where they mentored teams and implemented training sessions, and as an HR Generalist & Team Leader at Central Highlands Healthcare, co-founding a successful employment medicals business. They are also in the process of completing the Level 5 CIPD in people management to further enhance their expertise in workforce development.
