Clive Wood

Clive Wood is a highly skilled professional in materials science and pharmaceutical engineering with a diverse background in research and development. Currently serving as Lead Development Chemist at Ingevity since July 2022, Clive previously held multiple roles at CRP Subsea, including Materials Technologist and Technology Manager for Polyurethanes. Clive has extensive experience managing high-profile projects, problem-solving production issues, and maintaining laboratory standards. Prior to CRP Subsea, Clive worked as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Bradford, focusing on research collaborations with AstraZeneca and utilizing advanced methodologies such as Quality by Design and Design of Experiments. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Pharmaceutical Engineering from the University of Bradford and a BSc in Nanotechnology from the University of Leeds.
