Glenn Merrill, SMS, ASC is an experienced Engineering/Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist at Ingevity since May 2018, focusing on driving Engineering and SHE aspects of the capital project program. Prior experience includes roles at DuPont Performance Elastomers as a Safety, Health, and Environmental Resource, where collaboration with corporate and external resources enhanced safety performance, and as part of the DuPont KEVLAR® Project Startup Team, where site safety procedures were developed for a new manufacturing facility. Glenn also served as an Engineering Polymer Specialist in the HYTREL® Facility and as an operator at the DACRON® Facility, emphasizing safety in product quality and operational efficiency. Glenn is currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
