Glenn Passavant

Glenn Passavant is a Senior Engineer at Ingevity, specializing in Technology and Regulatory Affairs within the Automotive Carbon Division since October 2014, focusing on the advancement of vehicle evaporative emission control technology. Previously, Glenn served as Center Director for a government agency from September 1978 to September 2014 and retired as a Colonel from the United States Air Force in January 2009, where responsibilities included medical command, medical staff management, bio environmental engineering, and meteorology. Glenn Passavant holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed between 1977 and 1978.
