Grant Henriksen has extensive experience in various engineering and operations roles, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead at Ingevity since October 2022. Prior to this position, Grant worked at WestRock Company from June 2019 to February 2022, holding titles including Operations-Maintenance Coordinator, Environmental Engineer, and Process Engineer.
